千萬不要煮麵時放調味包(泡麵)

吃泡麵切記切記!千萬不要煮麵時放調味包,因為調味包亦是味精的一種(部份調味包比味精更濃),當味精加熱至 100℃【水的沸點亦是 100℃】或煮超過 10分鐘之後便會轉變為焦麩胺酸,此物質有致癌作用,對神經毒害會較大,長期食用會造成神經系統慢性中毒,導致癌症之發生。 所以還是等火關掉後再加調味粉囉!!
